The challenge

An electronics supplier needed a Class 10,000 assembly zone beside a line that could not stop. FFU count drove the budget — and every FFU bought through a trader carried a 20% markup.

What we did

• FFU ceiling grid supplied straight from our own FFU line — the largest cost item at factory price
• Night-shift phased construction behind temporary partitions; production continued through the build
• ESD conductive flooring with grounded SUS304 benches and shelving
• Recirculation design tuned to the particle budget, verified by third-party counting

Result

The zone passed Class 10K certification while the neighbouring line kept its output schedule — zero production days lost.
