Mini-pleat HEPA filters (no separator): 305–1220mm modules, 350–2,400 m³/h, ultra-fine fiber paper media
High-efficiency HEPA filters: glass-fiber media, low resistance, high dust capacity; standard & high-temp types
Primary & medium filters: bag type, panel type, activated carbon
HEPA supply outlets: replaceable-filter or disposable one-piece design; top or side duct connection; filter grade and test records to be confirmed
Liquid-tank sealed outlets: liquid-seal configuration; installed integrity testing and acceptance limits to be agreed
Air self-purifier (ceiling type): catalogue airflow of 800–1,500 m³/h per unit; room classification requires system design and on-site testing
Clean benches: horizontal & vertical laminar flow, single/double person, SUS worktop, adjustable fan speed
