Technical Questions and Project Review
Provide drawings, process constraints and acceptance requirements to clarify technical scope, open questions and next steps.
What to send
Include the project location, application, layout or equipment model, dimensions, utilities, operating requirements, applicable documents and planned milestones.
Separate confirmed facts from open questions
Enquiry-stage suggestions need to be checked against site conditions. The order should identify drawing revisions, equipment configuration, responsibilities, test methods and acceptance criteria.
How to verify personnel and experience
If your procurement review requires named personnel, qualifications, experience or comparable project records, include that request and check the responsible personnel and supporting documents before contracting.
Review and delivery timing
Confirm information completeness, review scope and a feasible schedule. An initial discussion is not design approval, a successful test or certification.
